USD/CAD rises further above 1.0950
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The USD/CAD continued to rise during the American session and hit a fresh high at 1.0974, the strongest level since early June. Momentum still favors the US dollar as it holds near daily highs.
The Canadian dollar is among the worst performers across the board. It started to slide during the Asian session and then accelerated on European horus and continued that way into Wall Street. The pair traded during all day above 1.0900, the first time to do so in two months.
Greenback is among the best performers on Tuesday in the market and is showing strength particularly against commodity currencies.
